How About Zero Program

  • Any property that is purchased through this program must be located on a primary residence in the following California counties:
    • Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and parts of San Diego and Ventura counties.
    • The areas of service will be expanded to additional California counties in the future, so check back often.
  • You must retain Owning as your real estate purchase agent in any real property transaction that arises out of this program.
  • Owning will work with you to see if you can pre-qualify for a mortgage loan amount.
    • The Maximum Home Purchase Price is the sum of the purchase amount for the home plus 3.5% (the Zero Down Payment Fee.).
    • We offer mortgage loans with a Maximum Home Purchase Price that is up to the county loan limits set by Fannie Mae for a conventional mortgage, which at this time is $726,525.
  • Minimum factors, including but not limited to income and credit, are required to qualify for the program.
  • Not all applicants will qualify.
  • 100% financing for a home purchase is available for qualifying borrowers.
  • Borrowers are responsible for any closing costs associated with a mortgage arising out of this program.
